Inspired by Vietnamese, Mexican, Thai, Korean, Central and South American cultures, Bacobar’s food plays off these varied cuisines, blending the Cajun and Creole flavors Chefs Carl and Jean Pierre grew up eating. Bacobar builds upon this foundation with imaginative and delicious twists, adding creative daiquiris and cocktails, to partner the food. Signature drinks are the craftwork of world-renowned bartender, Lu Brow.
Complete with an affordable and comprehensive beer and wine selection, our bar menu features eight local American craft beer taps along with familiar bottled beers and an approachable wine list. Our comfortable space is both chic and family friendly, accommodating guests of all ages and tastes. In addition to harvesting from our back yard garden, we take pride in sourcing as much local seafood, produce and pantry products as possible.
